As of August 1, 2025, customers can use the district's online payment portal to make one-time online payments or setup automatic payments using a checking account or credit/debit card.  This portal is connected to the district utility billing account and displays your current account balance in real time.

Fees
Credit/Debit Transaction Fee: 30 cents plus 2.9% of the transaction amount. (The fee for the original online payment system is 30 cents plus 3.9% of the transaction amount.)
ACH/Online Check: 43 cents per transaction regardless of the amount.

Auto Pay
Payments for autopay accounts will be processed on the 15th of the month or the next business day.  It typically takes four business days for the transaction to appear on the customer's bank account.  Credit and debit card transactions are instant.
